Clarifiers

EWT offers a wide range of clarifier systems like High-Rate Solid Contact Clarifier (HRSCC), Tube Settler, Clar flocculator, Lamella Settler, etc. to handle wastewater & surface water. Clarifiers are extensively used for the continuous mechanical removal of settleable solids from water and wastewater. This assembly is designed to meet the client’s requirements and is available in different specifications as per the application.

Media & Cartridge Filtration Systems

EWT offers series of filters like vertical & horizontal pressure sand filter, dual media filter, activated carbon filter, and iron removal filter in different sizes at a low cost, reliable & efficient way to filter impure water. It consists of different grades of sand, activated carbon, anthracite, MnO2 as per application. The micron cartridge filters are also used as protection system for downstream system like UF, NF, RO etc. The filtration system removes suspended solids & turbidity, colour and free chlorine in less quantity.

Softeners

EWT offers water-softening plant designed to cater domestic and industrial uses, with minimum maintenance costs and high-end productivity. Softeners are ion exchange-based resin technology to specifically remove dissolved calcium and magnesium salts that cause hardness in water.

Ultra-Filtration (UF) Units

An ultrafiltration (UF) water system is membrane-based technology used to remove all suspended particulates in water on a microscopic level. It is also used as a post treatment in DM water plant to remove colloidal silica from processed water. A hollow fiber or sheet membrane used to mechanically filter water containing very small particulates. .

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems

EWT offers reverse osmosis system which are designed and manufactured to remove dissolved solids (TDS) from raw water. RO system comprises components like RO membrane cleaners, scale inhibitors, antiscalants, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, de-chlorination, and flocculants. Demineralization

Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. Demineralized water is completely free of dissolved minerals being used in Industries such as steam, power, process, and laboratories

Electro deionization

Electro deionization (EDI) is a water purification technology that uses electricity, ion-exchange resins, and a membrane to remove dissolved ions from water. EDI combines the benefits of electrodialysis and ion exchange, producing high-purity water without the need for chemical regeneration. The process continuously removes ions, resulting in a consistent water quality suitable for various applications, including pharmaceutical, power generation, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Sewage Treatment Plants

Sewage Treatment refers to the process of removing contaminants, micro-organisms and other types of waste products from wastewater primarily from households, hotels, and industrial wastewater. Raw sewage is water that originates from toilets, sinks, showers, baths, kitchens, laundry, etc. The sewage treatment includes physical, chemical, and biological processes to produce environmentally safe treated wastewater to reduce fresh water consumption.

Effluent Treatment Plants

EWT provides Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for various types and natures of wastewater, and effluents which combine advanced physicochemical treatment processes with tertiary polishing system for the removal of organic, inorganic, oil & grease, heavy metals & suspended solids. Based on parameters as per nature & compositions we design a steady-state model to overcome environmental issues related to the industry.

Condensate Polishing Unit

EWT provides High Temperature Condensate water polishing unit to conserve the water as well as energy to reproduce the steam. CPU system comprises of filtration to remove suspended solids from condensate and Mixed Bed units to remove contamination in terms of dissolved solids.

Oily waste water treatment Plant

Oily waste collected especially in power plants need to be treated to remove oil contamination occurred due to spillage. Oil-water separators are equipment that remove free oil from water at a number <5ppm with the use of API/TPI , oil skimmers and coalesce column integration.

UV & Ozone Disinfection Units
